梁皓，男，2008-2012年山西农业大学资源与环境学院土地资源管理专业获学士学位；2012-2014年河海大学公共管理学院土地资源管理专业（转段），2014年9月-2018年6月河海大学公共管理学院管理科学与工程专业获博士学位；现任中国计量大学人文与外语学院行政管理系讲师，主要研究领域为新型城镇化、农村土地制度改革。

Resume

Liang Hao, male, bachelor degree in Land Resource Management from Shanxi Agricultural University, School of Resources and Environment, 2008-2012; Land Resources Management, School of Public Administration, Hohai University, 2012-2014 (transfer), September-20-18, 2014 He received his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the School of Public Administration of Hohai University in June. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Public Relations of the School of Humanities and Foreign Languages, China University of Metrology. His main research areas are new urbanization and rural land system reform.
